- Cancellations within 24 hours of booking only.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is void.
- Refunds are handled via our dedicated support team after verification.
Rates depend on volume, distance, and additional services requested. Prices may change without prior notice based on market conditions.
- We accept UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and Cheques.
- Chargebacks are not allowed after the service is processed.
- Disputes are managed via customer support.
To file a claim, you must declare item values accurately at the time of booking. Report any damage within 72 hours and submit a written complaint.
Exclusions:
- No damage remarks recorded at the time of delivery.
- Jewelry, perishables, and hazardous goods are not covered.
- Internal mechanical issues or electrical faults of appliances.
We collect contact info, ID proof, and payment details strictly for service delivery. You have the right to request corrections or withdrawal of consent.
Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to resolution in the courts of Maharashtra/New Delhi as per company registration.
